Guest Management

All of the features of the Webervations system are available to you regardless if you use a guest management system or not.

There are literally hundreds of guest management systems on the market today.  Many were designed before the advent of the Internet and therefore written in programming languages which provided little or no Internet capabilities.  Still others decided not to reinvent the wheel and instead interface with programs like Webervations just as they interface with accounting systems.  The Webervations system was designed with an open architecture which allows any of these guest management systems the ability to exchange availability, rate, and reservation data with the Webervations system.  Webervations extends the capabilities of these programs to be able to offer online availability and Internet reservations to all their users.

Some very popular systems which upload availability and/or rates to Webervations include; Front Desk, GuestALL, Guest Tracker (munsenware.com), GuestTracker (guesttracker.com), InnFormed Manager©, InnKontrol, InnOvation©, INNPAL, InnReserve, MotelMax, RezOvation, Campground Master^TM, BookingCenter and smsHost.  Currently over 30 guest management systems interface with the Webervations system. 

If your guest management system is not listed, be certain to ask them if they interface with Webervations.  We have file specifications available to allow automatic uploads to be developed from any property and guest management  program.  If your software program does not provide full upload and download capabilities with Webervations, ask them to do so and we would be glad to work with them so they can offer Webervations as a feature to their customers.

Generally speaking, if you operate a property with eight or more guest units a guest management system (GMS) will simplify your record keeping tasks and save you time.
